It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Karol Sikora, European Editor and one of the two founding editors of the journal.
He has been ably succeeded by Nicholas Lemoine, at Hammersmith Hospital, London, who has taken on the task with great enthusiasm and commitment. We are sorry to see Karol leave, but delighted that he is committing his energies to a new project – a new journal, entitled Cancer Strategy, to be published by Stockton Press in 1999.
Thank you, Karol, for all you have done for Gene Therapy. May it continue to go from strength to strength.
