Scope
This journal is dedicated to the molecular biology and pathogenesis of viruses that have an impact upon the nervous system. It provides a forum for the basic science aspects of neurovirology and virus-induced neurological disorders and bridges the gap between basic and clinical research.
Key areas include:
- The molecular biology of neurotropic viruses
- Molecular mechanism of virus-induced neurodegeneration of the nervous system
- Interaction of neurotropic viruses with cells from the nervous system
- Mechanisms of viral pathogenesis in the nervous system
